About the Project

SSFM supported Hawaii County in preparing the state's first Vision Zero Action Plan, leading data analysis, mapping, and technical support to identify strategies for eliminating traffic-related fatalities and serious injuries. The team analyzed crash trends, facilitated task force collaboration, and helped develop action items and implementation timelines that advance a safer, more equitable transportation system.
