About the Project

SSFM led this South Maui Quick Build Project, delivering rapid street safety improvements and a community-designed street art installation that enhances visibility, slows traffic, and strengthens neighborhood identity. In partnership with the Maui MPO, County agencies, local residents, and Maui artist Matthew Agcolicol, SSFM coordinated planning, design, outreach, and installation to advance safer walking, bicycling, and transit connections in South Maui.
