It also required new air handlers for each level plus a split unit for the old bank vault that is now the main computer room. Project specifications include reinforced concrete footings and slabs; reinforced CMU walls and columns; wood, metal and glass doors and locks; plumbing; interior and exterior electrical conduit, controls and fixtures; fire alarms; lighting; resilient flooring; surface preparation and painting.
