About the Project

SSFM provided civil engineering services for Sky Ala Moana, a major mixed-use development within the Ala Moana Transit-Oriented Development District. The project features two high-rise towers with residential, affordable housing, hotel, and condotel units built above a seven-story podium with commercial spaces, structured parking, and a 60,000-square-foot amenity deck. SSFM delivered the site and infrastructure engineering that helped enable this large-scale urban redevelopment.
