About the Project

SSFM served as the Prime Consultant for the reconstruction and widening of Route 3 in Dededo, Guam, providing planning, civil engineering, traffic engineering, and project management services for this federally funded roadway improvement. The project expanded 2.75 miles of highway to a four-lane arterial with upgraded intersections, signals, utilities, stormwater systems, and multimodal features, coordinated closely with the adjacent Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz access points.
