About the Project

SSFM led the resiliency feasibility study for State Routes 19 and 310, conducting technical investigations, planning analyses, and conceptual engineering to evaluate climate adaptation needs along two coastal and flood-prone corridors on Hawaii Island and Maui. The study identified corridor criticality, assessed vulnerabilities, developed preliminary adaptation alternatives, and supported stakeholder coordination to guide future resiliency investments.
