About the Project

This major intersection experiences frequent backups as it is the primary access for the elementary school as well as the regional park. The County of Maui approved the full closure of the intersection to allow the contractor to accelerate the construction schedule so that the project would complete before the start of the school semester. SSFM worked diligently with the designer, contractor and the County to complete the project prior to the start of the school year and 4 months ahead of schedule.
