About the Project

SSFM led the City's Complete Streets project for Pensacola Street, delivering planning, traffic engineering, civil design, and public outreach for safety and mobility improvements between Waimanu Street and South King Street. The team developed design concepts, evaluated alternatives, and guided stakeholder engagement to extend the protected bikeway, complete missing sidewalks, and enhance pedestrian crossings for all users traveling between Kakaʻako, Ala Moana, and Makiki.
