About the Project

SSFM led the five-year update of the North Shore Sustainable Communities Plan, utilizing a virtual-first engagement strategy that culminated in a primary in-person community meeting and multiple neighborhood board briefings in 2025. By facilitating advisory committee discussions and deploying interactive online tools, the team ensured the final Plan reflected community priorities, including coastal resilience and rural character preservation.
