About the Project
SSFM prepared the Environmental Assessment and Preliminary Engineering Report assessing the existing conditions of the sewage collection and large capacity cesspool treatment system in the Pahala and Na’ahelu communities in the Ka’u District of the Big Island. The project also included a plan for replacing the existing systems with new systems to meet the Department of Health requirements for conversion.
