About the Project

SSFM provided comprehensive Program Management services to help the Department of Transportation Airports Division identify, plan, and prioritize facility maintenance and repair needs across six airports in the Maui District. Through detailed facility inspections and long-range planning, these projects were integrated into a consolidated SMP that strategically distributes design and construction funding over a five-to-six-year period.
