About the Project

In the absence of specifications for the structural capacity of the existing building, SSFM calculated the framing necessary to support four new air handler units weighing 24,000 pounds each. Services included structural design and drawings of the structural steel frames; design and drawings for the new equipment screen framing surrounding the equipment; structural details for the duct shaft enclosure from the second floor to the roof; and construction administration for the installation.
