About the Project
When the Judiciary moved to consolidate various court services and facilities in West Hawaii into a modern facility that could house all of its functions, SSFM assisted with site selection and due diligence to secure the site. SSFM acquired a 10 acre site from the Queen Liliuokalani Trust at no cost to the state. In addition, SSFM also facilitated discussions to subdivide the parcel, resulting in minimal off-site infrastructure costs for the $90 million complex.
