About the Project
SSFM provided construction management services for the emergency repair of the Kolekole Stream Bridge along Hawaii Belt Road (Route 19) after significant deterioration of key support members was identified. Work was expedited to protect public safety and proceeded under a traffic emergency zone exemption issued by the Hawaii Department of Transportation.
