About the Project
SSFM served as the Structural Designer of Record for the new 32,700-square-foot "Baggage First" Federal Inspection Services facility at Kona International Airport, supporting the project architect through design, Design-Bid-Build delivery, and post-award services. Structural work included the design of the primary building, covered areas, and supporting structures to meet federal standards and ensure resilience and long-term performance.
