About the Project

SSFM provided Project Management and Planning services to support the relocation of the correctional facility, working with the State to establish project objectives, define requirements, and develop a comprehensive Design Build RFP. The team coordinated consultant efforts, planned multi-year funding and phased schedules, and created a compelling public-facing video that helped secure legislative support and project funding.
