About the Project

SSFM provided construction management services for this dormitory project that included interior and exterior renovations of both Johnson Hall A&B dormitories. Both buildings consisted of 3 floors plus a basement.

Johnson Hall A square footage, including the basement is approximately 20,992 sq. ft. and Johnson Hall B square footage including the basement is approximately 25,088 sq. ft. Johnson Hall A has 40 dorm rooms and Johnson Hall B has 58 dorm rooms. Renovations included handicap accessibility, upgrade in electrical wiring, switches, lighting, new cabinets, new flooring, new bathrooms, new windows, addition of fire sprinklers, new doors, new interior/exterior painting, and landscaping.
