About the Project

SSFM was engaged to remediate a number of quality control issues for the conversion of an existing building into an affordable housing complex and homeless resource center. The project was especially challenging because it predominantly entailed correcting non-conforming completed construction. SSFM managed the contractor in bringing work into compliance. Rejecting frivolous change proposals and negotiating change orders saved the City thousands of dollars.
