About the Project

SSFM provided design reviews, construction reviews, and engineering support for the Honolulu Rail Transit Project on behalf of the Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT) and under contract to the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART), covering HDOT rights-of-way from Aloha Stadium to Ala Moana Center. SSFM also assisted with permit issuance, plan approvals, and coordination across the HDOT Highways, Airports, and Harbors Divisions to support compliant and well-managed project delivery.
