About the Project

SSFM provided construction management services for traffic improvements along Harding Avenue at 5th and 11th, creating westbound left-turn storage lanes at two signalized intersections within the 50 ft. City owned right of way.

The process required widening the roadway by 5 feet on each side, relocating the sidewalks, and realigning approximately 1000 feet of approaches at the intersections, as well as relocating the existing traffic signals, utility poles and overhead electrical lines, and other utilities within the right-of-way.
