About the Project

SSFM provided construction management services for the Guam Museum facility, a 50,160-square-foot cultural and educational center featuring exhibit spaces, classrooms, administrative offices, a theater, and support areas. Services included QA/QC, construction safety oversight, and coordination of tenant and concession installations in partnership with the Architect of Record and the Owner's program management team.
