About the Project

SSFM prepared the East Honolulu Watershed Management Plan, a long-range strategy guiding sustainable water resource stewardship through 2040. Developed with community input, climate projections, and Native Hawaiian cultural perspectives, the plan was unanimously adopted by city and state agencies as a balanced and forward-looking framework for protecting East Honolulu's surface and groundwater resources.
