About the Project

SSFM, as part of the SSFM NOEI JV, provided project management along with civil and structural engineering services for the full Design-Bid-Build package to support repair and maintenance of Dry Dock No. 1 Void Repair, Phase 1 at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. Scope of work included a Site Engineering Investigation Report, DD 1391 re-validation, topographic and utility surveying, pavement and geotechnical investigations, hazardous materials testing, and preparation of construction plans for both the base bid and bid options.
