About the Project

SSFM served as the Prime Consultant for the Guam Cultural Repository, managing the full Design-Build process—from programming and environmental review through RFP development, contractor procurement support, construction management, and commissioning—for a 13,000-square-foot, climate-controlled facility to preserve Guam's cultural and archaeological resources. SSFM coordinated closely with the multi-agency Cultural Repository Intergovernmental Team, addressed complex site and stakeholder requirements, and supported delivery of this landmark facility for the Government of Guam.
