About the Project

The Central Oahu Transportation Study assesses the multimodal transportation needs of this growing region of the Island. It identifies potential key transportation system improvements and ascertains policies that can sustainably improve regional transportation mobility and access. The study developed multi-modal strategies and improvements that are technically and financially feasible as well as sustainable, and that will achieve regional transportation needs.
