About the Project

SSFM conducted comprehensive bridge inspection services for the Guam Department of Public Works, completing 58 routine bridge inspections, 10 underwater inspections, five load ratings, and seven scour and hydraulic analyses in accordance with National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS). Field work was efficiently completed within an 11-day mobilization using SSFM's on-island equipment and 3D documentation workflows, with all data entered into the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) Bridge Management (BrM) system as part of the agency's multi-year inspection program.
