About the Project

SSFM provided Construction Management services for the Hawaii Department of Transportation on the Ala Moana Boulevard Elevated Pedestrian Walkway, a major safety and mobility improvement in Honolulu's Kakaʻako district. SSFM oversaw daily construction activities, coordinated with public and private partners, ensured compliance with federal-aid requirements, and supported successful project delivery in a complex urban corridor.
