About the Project

SSFM provided construction management services for the City and County of Honolulu's redevelopment of a former commercial and warehouse site into a new four-story mixed-use facility supporting housing and social services for individuals experiencing homelessness. SSFM oversaw construction activities, coordinated field operations, and supported delivery of this award-winning project, which includes rental housing, administrative and community spaces, and Honolulu's first green stormwater infrastructure features integrated into an urban redevelopment site.
