About the Project

SSFM served as the civil Designer of Record for the design-build development of new administrative, laboratory, maintenance, and ancillary facilities at the Honouliuli Wastewater Treatment Plant. Services included site and utility design for water, recycled water, sewer, drainage, electrical, and communications systems, along with grading, parking, stormwater detention, and photovoltaic integration to support efficient and sustainable facility operations.
