About the Project

SSFM served as the Designer of Record for civil and structural engineering across all phases of a major family housing development at Naval Support Activity Andersen in Guam, delivering consolidated Design-Bid-Build documents and resilient site and infrastructure design for new duplex housing. The team also developed grading and site solutions to manage pesticide-impacted soils (PIS) in accordance with environmental requirements, helping the project move forward efficiently while meeting sustainability and durability standards for Guam's challenging conditions.
