The campus also includes an open court used for government and community events.

Total building space is 45,250 sq. ft. Utility infrastructure consisted of:
• Domestic water and fire supply lines connected to the County Department of Water Supply.
• Gravity sewer system that connects to the County public sewer collection system.
• On site storm drainage management that collects runoff from roof drains and drain inlets and discharges into an engineered retention basin that requires no connections to the County storm drain system.

The campus has relatively steep grades of approximately 10%. Accessibility was achieved with ADA compliant walkway grades of 5% or less combined with ADA compliant ramps making all buildings entirely accessible to the disabled.
