Waikoloa Elementary and Middle School New Classroom Building

Project management, structural and civil engineering for the Waikoloa Elementary and Middle School’s new classroom building included design applications for HI-CHPS (Hawaii Collaborative for High Performance Schools) and overall sustainability practices that achieved a “Living Building” designation. The new classroom building is 2-stories with approximately 13,000 sq. ft. and adds classrooms for general and special education, science labs and art studios to alleviate the school’s overcrowding challenges.
