SSFM was the prime consultant for civil and structural engineering services for the design of this major roadway. The project included widening and reconstructing 2.75 miles on Route 3 from two narrow lanes to four lanes. The project scope included two-way left turn lanes, broader shoulders, traffic signal upgrades, stormwater management systems, secured fencing, shared-use bike lanes and a new jogging path. This was a Guam DPW project funded by the Department of Defense.
