Principal; Manager, Construction Management

Ranelle manages SSFM’s Construction Management Group while also serving as a Senior Project Manager with a focus on real estate development and community master planning as well as educational, residential and institutional projects within the Hawaiian Islands. She is a gifted manager of complex assignments that integrate planning, design and construction disciplines. Ranelle also serves as the firm’s primary interface for technical support of military, federal, state and county projects.

In her Group leadership role Ranelle provides oversight and management of Construction Management personnel for Oahu, assuring that resources, manpower, schedules and budgets are allocated for success. She also participates in negotiations, disputes and problem resolution.
