Routine Bridge Inspections, Scour/Hydraulic Analyses, and Load Rating Calculations

A contract for repair and improve-ments to the Paauilo Reservoir on Big Island had been stalled for
over a decade. SSFM was hired in June 2020 to provide on island construction management support in coordination with DLNR to complete the project. SSFM moni-tored the construction activities and coordinated with the contractor, assisted in preparing the refill plan and the securing the closeout permit. After 10 years of being on hold, SSFM was able to assist Hawaii Department of Agriculture in successfully completing the project.
