NELHA Frontage Road Construction
The frontage road for NELHA’s Hawaii Ocean Science and Technology Park in Kailua-Kona is approximately 1 mile long with a four-way signalized intersection at Queen Kaahumanu Highway and Kaiminani Drive, providing a safer way to access the facility. The new road opens approximately 80 acres of commercial property that fronts the highway for development. This road is the first phase of planned roads for the future of the Park.
