Mission Memorial Building Renovation
Built and dedicated in 1916, the Mission Memorial Building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and currently houses a number of city and county offices. When the building needed significant restoration SSFM served as construction manager for interior and exterior renovation including hazardous material removal, demolition work, a new restroom, elevator, air conditioning unit replacement, electrical, lighting, roofing, landscaping, and furniture.
SSFM’s project manager summed that effort up quite succinctly when he said “There are always headaches on a project of this sort, but in the end, the building came out looking beautiful. I’m proud of what we did to make that happen.”
