Mehana at Kapolei, Parcel 3 (Pulewa at Mehana)

A 6-acre parcel in Kapolei is the site of this new community of 16 buildings and 120 residential dwellings. SSFM was responsible for the civil engineering. Civil improvements involved the preparation of onsite improvement plans, specifications and cost estimates for grading and drainage, roads, storm drains, water and sewer lines, and construction details.
