KCC Culinary Institute of the Pacific

Expansion of facilities at Kapiolani Community College’s, Culinary Institute of the Pacific will allow considerable new programs at the school. SSFM’s Project Management Group was the prime consultant for Phase II implementation.

We prepared full design and engineering documents for all horizontal works such as environmental, civil, site electrical and landscape architecture needed to solicit construction bids and permitting of this hybrid design-bid-build and design-build program. The documents included bridging design and RFP documents for all vertical works.
