Responding to the Mayor’s Emergency Proclamation to help homeless families into affordable homes, this design-assist and construction project saw the conversion and renovation of two buildings into forty-two (42) affordable housing units. The project included structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, landscape and civil for exterior and interiors.
