As the HDOT Design Review Consultant for the 20 mile, grade-separated fixed guideway rail system between Aolele Street to Dillingham Boulevard, our role was multi-faceted. SSFM was the project manager providing design and construction review, facilitating and obtaining permits and approvals, and assisting HDOT with coordination, oversight and additional engineering services.
