As Senior Project Development Manager, his proficiency in project delivery systems, including Design-Build, Design-Assist-Negotiate-Build, Cost-Plus, Negotiated Lump Sum, IDIQ, Criteria Packages, Master Service/Task-Work-Orders and conventional Design-Bid-Build projects, allows SSFM to structure projects around multiple delivery methodologies that most strategically aligned with client needs. Don is also trained and experienced in mediation, arbitration and was appointed as a Special Master by the Honorable Sabrina S. McKenna for the State of Hawaii’s 1st Circuit Court.
During his career Don has worked for the Federal Government, multi-national corporations, and private practices. His experience spans more than a thousand projects, with private and public sector clients including the Federal Government, Hawaii State Government, corporations, small businesses, non-profits agencies, REITs, private trusts and individual investors. Don’s assignments are global, having worked in countries throughout the world.
