FEDERAL
Our work for the Department of War began in the islands and followed the mission across the Pacific. We lead a number of contract vehicles and also serve as a member of larger teams. Our scope runs from planning and design through construction support.
Federal work demands discipline: tight schedules, security requirements, and clear documentation from the first study to the last submittal. Our Hawaii and Guam-based engineers know the climate, the construction conditions and the logistics of island work, and that experience carries to every location we serve.
