Phase 1A & 1B

SSFM was the construction manager for phase I of the University of Hawaii’s West Oahu Campus. The campus includes six buildings, all within the main campus. Classroom and laboratory buildings comprise 41,136 and 41,798 sq.ft. The 2 story buildings contain general and computer classrooms, laboratories, faculty offices and meeting areas. The 12,671 sq.ft. maintenance building houses the campus security and chiller plant. The 2 story, 31,500 sq.ft. administration building contains the Chancellor and Vice Chancellor’s offices, business office, human resources, the Center for Labor Education and Research and a mailroom. The student services/campus center is approximately 62,000 sq.ft. with the admission, registration, financial aid and career services unit. The library is 62,800 sq.ft. in a 2 story building.
