Spring 2024 Employee Appreciation Box —Farm Link Hawai’i

SSFM STAFF WERE TREATED TO A BOX FULL OF FRESH, LOCALLY SOURCED PRODUCE AND PRODUCTS FROM FARM LINK HAWAI‘I! SELECTIONS FOR EITHER MEAT OR VEGETARIAN WERE MADE IN ADVANCE, AND IN THE BOX WERE ALL THE FIXINGS FOR HOMEMADE PIZZAS, DESSERT, AND MORE TO SHARE!

From the pizza dough (La Tour Bakehouse), to the sauce (pomodoro from Onda Pasta), fresh cheeses (mozzarella from Bocconcino, goat milk feta cheese from Sweet Land Farms in Waialua), fresh veggies (arugula from Kahumana Organic Farms, lettuce from MA‘O Organic Farms, tomato from Ho Farms, zucchini from Ma‘alaea Wonder Farm, mushrooms from Hamakua Mushrooms and Small Kine Farms), meats (grass-fed ground beef and Italian sausage links from Hawaii Island), dressing from Stacey’s Garden, and delicious AND healthful dessert from Maui Breadfruit Company, it was truly a meal representing the excellence of our local producers across the islands.
